"Don't pay cash inside! The place looked decent enough. Went in to get food with my 5 year old son. Ordered at the kiosk, selected cash, then proceeded to wait 15 minutes at the counter waiting to pay. I kept trying to get their attention, but they only serviced the drive-through. At least 6 people saw me standing there. When they finally came to the counter, they said I'd have to wait for my food to be prepared because they don't start it until it's paid for. Seriously? Like I'm going to wait another 10 minutes to get my food when I've already been standing there with a hungry preschooler for 15 minutes? I hadn't gone there for a while because they were renovating. I guess the renovations didn't help the customer service."

"Taco Bell seems to have declined over the past couple years, I think this is the last time I'm going here. Food was cold, portions were tiny, they dumped all the sour cream in one spot at the end of all our tacos, and just kind of haphazardly threw everything together. Honestly, a genuinely terrible experience..."

"This was the worst Taco Bell we have ever eaten. Customer service was horrible the young boy was rude and the food was thrown together like slop and not fit to eat. I'm big on customer service and I know this is a fast food joint BUT you should still deliver excellent customer service and the food should be presentable. Never Again!"
