"I had the pleasure of collaborating on many client cases with Dr. Pavlis during my post-doc training. While he was not my supervisor, we discussed many cases. Dr. Pavlis was always friendly, supportive, easy to talk to, genuine, caring, and one of the best psychiatrists I have worked with in my career. My clients loved him and he helped them so much. If I still lived in MN, I would refer all my clients to him. Dr. Paris"
"MWI has changed my life for the better. This clinic is one of the best in the nation. Every staff member here, from Dr. Pavlis, all the nurse practitioners, Abby RN and Ronda Lpn, know how to treat and make patients comfortable with the best care I have ever received."
"I just gave MWI 5 out of 5 stars. They deserve 10 out of 5. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND MWI Health. All the staff is friendly, kind and very approachable. (and they will serve you coffee!) Seriously, my personal experience with them is above and beyond."
"Honestly, I have always had adverse reactions to every anti-depressant I have taken, so anti-depressants are not an option for me. I tried ElectroConvulsion Therapy back in 2015 at Avera, which was great, you don't feel anything, it's just the side effects of memory loss that aren't amazing. However, after my experience at MWI health, I would choose the side effects of ECT ANYDAY. Front desk workers have amazing customer service, Nick (who often does TMS) is very nice and friendly. However, this "Doctor" has no idea what he is doing, can't even run the machine which is sad, I honestly don't know how he even got a degree. The coordinator is the scariest lady I have met in my life, I was more anxious going in than anything. I was told TMS would also help my anxiety but just knowing I would have to go in and deal with her made my anxiety 10x worse than anything. Dr. Pavlis couldn't even "brain map" me for TMS. His machine was broken, even his staff would say it. He didn't know how to use it. I went for 35 treatments (7weeks), never did they fix this "broken machine", so I don't even know if this treatment worked. His TMS coordinator would openly yell at the billing department in front of me, because she wanted me to be paying more, hang up on her billing department because she thought they were wrong, call my insurance company, yell at them as well, hang up on them. Most unprofessional woman I have met in my life. I am still waiting on my refund, I was charged about $250 extra in copays. Overall, if I could rate this company zero stars, I would. If anyone EVER recommends Clay Pavlis or MWI health to you, RUN THE H*LL AWAY. I was warned NEVER to go there, I should have listened. Now I'm warning you, run for the hills. Also, very tacky that 2 people with his last name (one just spelled incorrectly) have given him 5 stars. That's new."
"I am Grateful for the entire MWI Health team. They continue to work hard to help me achieve more balance with my mental health. While it's true that we are each ultimately responsible to do the hard work required on our own mental + overall health journey (I've been at it for 20+ years), it's critical to find Compassionate + Mindful mental health professionals to help Guide you...offer you Hope when you need it most. MWI Health is that "Hope" that I so desperately needed this past year. They have been there for/with me in many ways. From TMS treatments...to Medication Management...to Counseling...and all the hard work they do behind the scenes with my insurance. I am so Grateful for ALL that MWI Health has done and continues to do to help me achieve better mental health!"
