"Stay away. They don't have the equipment they need at the Iowa Clinic to give you an at home sleep study for the Inspire device! I had to drive all the way to Mercy in Newton to get it and then drive all the way back to return it the next day! Even tho I was told by the tech in Newton that the same equipment was available at Mercy in WDM!!! Wow! I even asked that question and they said it wasn't available and they wouldn't even have it sent to WDM from Newton! What happened to "Doctor, do no harm"? Instead, have your sleep deprived patients drive two hours out of their way to get equipment you should have at YOUR clinic!! And you will get several bills from different places for one visit! Very frustrating and would not recommend this place to anyone!"

"Terrible. Just terrible. You get a referral for a sleep study, they schedule you for a sleep study. They don't tell you that you also have to see a pulminologist first so when you show up for your 4:00 appointment at 3:55, they try to cancel because you actually have a 330 appointment with pulmonary, for which they charge $400 for them to ask, oh so you're wanting a sleep study? Cool. Walk this way..thats it. Then the nurse calls with your results but doesn't actually have results. Then it takes a months to get ahold of someone to discuss . Oh and then when they bill you, and you call to pay your bill , they don't actually bill from iowa clinic for everything, they split it in different systems and then they send the other charges to collections. And then iTS YOUR FAULT BECAUSe YOU DIDNT TELL THEM TO check their other system!!! Even when you get that collection call, iowa clinic assures you that there is no balance. Then they realize , oh yeah we also charge for physicians management, now it's too late.so you ask for the phone number for physicians management and they say that's us. So you've had both these bills this whole time?! Worst experience ever."

"My doctor recommended that I take a sleep study to check for possible sleep apnea and sent me here. When I asked how much the test would cost I was told "oh, it's an insurance thing." I was lead to believe outside of my usual copay I wouldn't have to worry about a bill. They sent me home with a mask to wear for one night and return. Two weeks later I was hit with a $425 bill! When I called to question the charge I was informed of a second bill for around 300 dollars that will be coming my way! I felt completely decieved and lied to. My copay was 60 bucks and insurance payed 210 dollars prior to these charges. In total to rent a machine for ONE night, I was charged almost $1000! (A sleeping apnea machine costs between 1000 to 2000 dollars as well.) I urge you to stay away from this clinic and find services elsewhere."

"Walked in for info, & was sent home with a sleep kit for the night. Received a call the following week with my results. Sent to hammer medical & picked up my gear. Couldn't have been easier or more user friendly."

"Do not go here. I waited 2hrs to only get a b/p check, then had to come back to pick up equipment to wear over night. Never heard back or got results have called only to get put on hold for 15 minutes then transferred to voice mail. Stay away this is a very poorly run clinic. I am a nurse and have no trust in this provider."
