"Went in for a yearly, preventative check-up. Wound up with $300+ in surprise charges. Nice staff and workers, just make sure you are extra careful before you say "yes" to any services/treatments the doctor offers."

"Our family personally has had good experiences here. We have been going for almost two years. We have seen both Dr. Secory, Dr. Holland, and Dr. Matthews. I felt like they listened to my concerns without judgement and offered suggestions of what to do moving forward. My kids love their pediatricians! Even the nurses remember who we are. The front desk works hard to fit us in as soon as possible. I had mastitis and was seen next day. I would absolutely recommend this place. Also fun fact, Dr. Secory’s daughter did all the fun paintings in the pediatric rooms. I thought that was so endearing and my kids love to play find the animal or count the fish."

"My family and I feel we have received substandard care from Iowa Clinic across the board. Peds, General (adult), labs, etc. My kids went to the doctors at this Pediatric facility. We have been miss-diagnosed or received incomplete diagnostic care. Concerns get the minimum review and shuffled out...but not before collecting a co-pay. We're done here. Will be moving care ASAP. Only switched to IA Clinic when workplace insurance had reduced copays here. Obvious now why service was "cheaper.""
