The Iowa Clinic - South Waukee Campus

The Iowa Clinic - South Waukee Campus is a state-of-the-art medical facility located at 1025 Southeast Tallgrass Lane in Waukee, Iowa. This campus offers a range of cutting-edge medical treatments and patient-centric care, including an Outpatient Surgery Center, Urgent Care, Primary Care, and select specialty care services.

The South Waukee clinic is conveniently located at the corner of Tallgrass Lane and Grand Prairie Parkway, with patient parking available on the south side of the building. Handicap spots and valet parking services are also provided for patient convenience.

The Waukee campus serves the surrounding areas of Grimes, Adel, Van Meter, De Soto, Booneville, Urbandale, and West Des Moines, among others. For patients receiving treatment at the surgery center, there is a dedicated entrance on the south side of the building, with a discharge pick-up lane on the east side.

If you are visiting the Waukee Urgent Care facility, simply use the main entrance on the south side of the building and turn left on the first floor to reach the front desk. Patients can also manage their healthcare and communicate with their providers through the FollowMyHealth Portal.
