"I now see why you have only 3 stars being a so called health facility. Brianne Day was in a rush at my husband and my appointment. Then I went back home to see family for about a month and she drops me as a patient and I'm only on meds for high blood pressure. Have never ever experienced anything like this. I think a professional letter to the AMA Board is in order. Do yourself a favor and find a Dr that cares about their patients and their care and not on the color of their skin . This kind of treatment is unethical and definitely unprofessional. To the owners responding that you take our feedback to heart then let me ask you why is it still happening, why are these so called health professionals still working at your facility and damaging your business reputation and its practices. I'll try my chances with the board. You have the same complaint over and over and you've done nothing. Unacceptable!!"

"I really like my Dr at this location but I’ll probably end up finding a new one due to the fact that this clinic is the absolute worst about fulfilling refill requests. Takes days for anyone to call things in sometimes. Most of the time I have to call or email multiple times before anything. It’s pretty annoying."

"I’m not sure why this office has bad reviews. Perhaps it’s the patients that should be reviewed. When I go in, I don’t expect to be treated like someone special. Everyone does their job and they do it well. A few times I’ve had to go in right away and the front girls got me in. Dr Bowshire and the nursing staff and lab people have always been very nice."

"Me and my husband went in for regular physicals . We both got double billed. They say a two minute conversation that was about our physical is grounds to bill for an entire another visit. Also was charged for labs was not supposed to be $10 extra for inserting the needle into my arm. Do not go here. It is the worst. All these extra charges on fully covered physicals."
