Reviews of Pearle Vision
"The worst experience I have had! The dr didn’t ask any health questions, history, issues I may be having. Did not do pressure check, no prescreening. My entire exam took 10 minutes. Then I’m told that this is the best you will get, it is just the way you are. What? I couldn’t read beyond the top line. I could read more with my old glasses. I have worked for an optometrist and have never seen anything like this. I did not order glasses because I know they won’t be right. I’m going to have to pay a different dr for my exam in order to a correct prescription. I would not go here!"
"My husband went in for eye exam and new glasses before Christmas 2023, found frame and paid for glasses. Told it would be a couple weeks. After Christmas called to check on them since no one called us and was told the lab didn’t have frame??? Which they should have since we picked out the frame. They said the manager would check and let us know….2 days later received call stating they were sending in frames/order and would out a rush on them. Week later still nothing. I called again today and was told they “should” be done first of next week. I guess the definition of rush is 2 weeks! Terrible customer service not one time did they reach out to us, we were the only ones making contact. If we ever get the glasses it will be the last time using their service."
"They were very polite and very helpful. Thanks guys for helping me pick out my new glasses."
"If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been wearing contact lenses for 40 years and I have NEVER experienced anything close to the horrible service I got here! First off the doctor got my prescription wrong, I mean who fails an eye test? Seriously? I had to get my previous Rx from my last eye doctor& when I gave it to him he acted like it was MY fault it was wrong! Then he tells me he will reorder my trial pair. It literally took them 5 MONTHS to get my new trial pair!!! I understand they were on backorder but when they did finally receive them they didn't even bother to call me to tell me they were in. So by now I am so frustrated by the horrible service I am going to order my contacts online. When I do this I get an email telling me that my rx hasn't been finalized by the doctor because I never came back in for my check. 5 employees were standing around when I picked my contacts up and not one bothered to tell I needed a follow up appointment!! You would think after all I have been through they would be eager to finally give some even mediocre customer service!! Never got an apology or nothing. Do not go here. You will regret your choice! Hands down the WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!"
"I hadn't had an exam in 2 years. A odd situation that wasn't the optimitrist fault, but he found out that I was in the wrong prescription even before I came to see them for this visit. Oddly enough I could still see 20/20 but not as clear. I had gotten the new exam, new glasses, wore them 2 days, brought them back because of a migraine due to one eye being super strong. Found out that the difference from old prescription to new prescription is one whole level. Doctor said I shouldn't even be able to see letters out of the old glasses let alone be 20/20. He was flabbergasted. I had to have new lenses put in the new frames, the prescribed was a bit strong but I'm so thankful for that doc figuring out my eye situation since I suffer from auto immune stuff daily and really watch my health. Thank you, I appreciate everything!"
