"The customer service here is so bad. Called today to cancel my appointment and inform them I won't be coming back after the student was rude to me because she was causing me pain during the cleaning and I felt uncomfortable, she wouldn't even look at me or talk to me on my way out of the door. The receptionist I talked to put me on hold so she didn't have to listen to me. The lack of service I received today confirmed my decision to go elsewhere was the right one."

"I had an appointment for a new patient appointment. I called today to confirm an appointment and to see if I can bring my toddler with me. The lady told that "No, because the appointment takes 3 to 4 hours" !!! I wasn't told this when I originally made the appointment. When i made the appointment, they told me that no procedures (like a teeth cleaning, etc) would be done. That will be on another appointment. So I can't understand what takes so long for a new patient appointment to take up to 4 hours!! IF YOU ARE NOT PERFORMING ANY PROCEDURE. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE! When I asked for a reason from the reception she said "It's because we are school." That sounds ridiculous! Dental Clinic normally should take 1 hour or an hour and a half!! Plus, the reception should have informed me when I made the appt (this appt was made 6 months ago!!!!) that it would take 4 hours... so i can plan accordingly for that day! I CANCELED MY APPT!"

With all my appointments , I was assured of follow-up communication, which should be a standard procedure. However, it never came. This blatant disregard for basic customer service norms was deeply unsettling. Even more frustrating was the lack of response when I took it upon myself to reach out to them. Despite multiple attempts, all my calls and emails fell on deaf ears, demonstrating an alarming level of unprofessionalism. The dissatisfaction continued with the quality of work provided by the dental students. Their performance was not up to par, giving me the impression that they were experimenting rather than providing a professional service. The evident lack of knowledge and skill was disconcerting, causing me to question the quality of their training and education. The overall experience at Creighton Dental Clinic was nothing short of deplorable. It was marked by unprofessionalism, incompetence, and a complete lack of empathy towards customers. The substandard work by the dental students further added to my disappointment, raising serious questions about their competence and readiness to practice. I hope that other customers do not make the same mistake as I did by choosing Creighton Dental Clinic. Furthermore, I shudder to think that these dental students might receive a license to practice in Nebraska in their current state of ineptitude. I urge potential customers to consider other options for their dental care needs. As for Creighton Dental Clinic, I hope this feedback serves as a stern reminder of the importance of customer service and professional competence in their field."

"I have had a wonderful experience here. I receive great care from the student dentist that takes care of me. I have been there almost a dozen times in the last few months getting all of my teeth taken care of. I’m not sure I should name the student but she is very skilled & talented. She will be graduating soon. It takes a few hours most appointments (it is a school) but it doesn’t bother me, if it weren’t for Creighton Dental, I don’t know what I would do. Getting dental work done in Omaha if you have Medicaid is very difficult. This place is it. Also, it is a beautiful building. Everything is new and clean - I find it to be a nice environment."
