"The office was clean and staff was friendly. We were very early for the appointment so it was a bit disappointing that we weren't called back until 10 minutes after the scheduled time, especially since someone that arrived after us was called first, but perhaps our provider was running late from lunch or there was confusion somewhere. It's nice to know that wherever we are in the city there's an office close by!"

"I would rate lower but because Dr V an awesome Dr I won't. The receptionist who answered the phone very rude. The operator I talked to this am very rude and had a bad attitude. The nurse Lauren needs to be more professional when doing her job. When you say your child has autoimmune disease and needs to be seen and 5.5 hours later and you don't hear nothing is unacceptable and unprofessional. She could of made an urgent care appointment or told me that I needed to make one. Just to call and have a receptionist with an attitude and say why didn't you call earlier like she better then you and not to listen to me and for her to hang up in my face. Whoever this receptionist is needs more training and to take Human relations classes. I call back just to have a different nurse say after talking to Lisa about if I wanted to get my kids in that I could. This nurse laughs and thinks this stuff is funny. How unprofessional is this nurse. She said they have no openings till Sept for my kids to see their doctor."
