"The crew was on time and explained the mud jacking procedure to my satisfaction. Rain was a concern so they returned another day to complete caulking. When some of the patching cement didn’t dry well they immediately rectified the situation and told me to contact them if it happened again. Good customer service!! Highly recommend."

"I have to take a moment to say how extremely happy I am with Tomlinson-Cannon. I have been dealing with a water in my finished basement since I had purchased my home about 10 years ago. Typically it wasn't an issues, unless we had a wet spring, or a week of rain. This happens fairly regularly for us that live in Iowa. I thought I had two cracks in my foundation, turned out I had 6 Cracks. Eric and his team came out, found all the issues and promptly fixed them the next business day. I did run a water test and found one place that wasn't quite sealed. Eric had another professional out 2 days after the test, and promptly fixed it. I can't tell you how much of a relief after 10 years to finally have this off my shoulders. I would recommend Tomlinson-Cannon to everyone."

"Sorry, I just can't give a good review related to this service. The owner and product manager arrived on time to discuss my needs. He was very helpful, thoughtful, courteous, etc. (Obviously because I chose Tomlinson-Cannon to fix my cracks in my foundation) It all started poorly however after I was told the team would arrive around 830. They ended up arriving around 920. The team was friendly but their methods to remove the interior sheet rock were very piss poor if you ask me. After figuring out which part of the foundation was cracked, they ended up using a Sawzall to cut out the portions of the sheet rock that needed to be removed. However, like all good things happen when you start cutting into walls without knowing what is in them, they ended up cutting my electrical cable that powered my PC and Modem/Router (since I WFH). To be fair and honest, they apologized and did their thing to get an electrician out to remedy the situation (4 hours later) but since I WFH, that is time I was not able to work and eventually had to run a multitude of cables from around other circuits to be able to work. An hour after the first incident, the 2nd incident happened. Using the same Sawzall, they cut into the 2nd entry of my wall to fix and guess what, this time they hit my drain pipe to my kitchen sink and dish washer. I wasn't aware this happened until later in the evening but can you imagine how I felt with water pouring down my basement wall. I emailed and called the owner right away and he ended up having a team come out the next morning to fix. I do believe Tomlinson-Cannon is a good company and I did receive a small discount on the work performed but I still am astonished with the team that performed the work. I believe their work is good and it seemed to seal up my cracks but getting there is a different story. Doesn't it make sense not to cut into something you aren't aware of what is hidden behind?"

"TC took great care of us on many levels. From upgrading our gutters - front and back, repairing cracks in our exterior foundation walls, and repairing/replacing a terribly installed drain tile project (diff. company) - including a bad sump pump basket install. The teams that came out were punctual, professional, easy to communicate with (phone/email/in-person), friendly and clean, and with no hidden costs. I'd HIGHLY recommend them for any project as they've completely overhauled the process of moving water away from our home."
