""Customer service", if you'd call it that, is poor. No one gives you clear direction on where to go. Everyone a reception seems really careless and lazy. I had to basically walk around the whole building because I got locked out of a stairway. Ended up being 15 minutes late for my appt and having to wait more than 30 mins for a tech to give me a vaccine"

"My doctor was amazing. Bit of a long wait for appointments, but it was very worth it. The layout it confusing, you get use to it. It's busy but we're lucky to have this resource. Very considerate of low income patients, not looking to take advantage of you."
