"Staff was unhelpful. Was offered a couple free visits my first time in. Asked the front desk staff if I had a couple days to see how my back felt, was told I definitely could wait to sign up When I came back 3 days later the comped visits were no good. Had to sign up during my first visit? Would have been good to know during that initial visit. Both the desk staff and the Doc said they couldn't do anything. Hands were tied because of "the system". Felt like I asked the right questions, but staff was just not honest or wasn't playing enough attention to the conversation."
