"Exactly what you would expect from a traditional laundromat. Nothing fancy, just the bare essentials, (laundry soap/ washers/dryers/ change machine) and those essentials are in fine shape!"

"Self-service. Within reach. The problem is the poor network service in the building. Your network literally goes off when in here. Last time I was here. Machine no 12 debited me, but wouldn't work. Still waiting for my refund"

"The Dexter app said the megawash was $7.25 while the machine states it is $8. I thought maybe you get a discount on the app, but after paying via the app the machine asked for 75 cents. This was a little confusing and annoying. The machines easily take cards though!"

"I found this place to be disappointing. When you first enter, there is an undeniable, strong odor! Either from poor maintenance or sewage, just a really strong odor that is very offputting. Second, I was nervous about using my debit card through the “dexter pay laundry made easy app”, which is advertised on the premises. People reported being overcharged, so reluctantly, I used my card and will simply have to keep an eye on my bank account. I opted to air dry my clothing, so that I could leave as soon as possible. The restroom was disgusting and had flies flying all throughout. Flies on the toilet and an out of order sink. Flies were not just in the bathroom but throughout the laundry facility. I will never visit this place again and I feel sorry for those who have to rely on this location to address basic needs of washing clothes. Hope to find another one …and willing will travel further away for a more pleasant experience."

"First time coming to this laundry mat and not impressed. Machines look nice but attempts to dry clothes using the card reader and charged my card but didn’t start machine. When to using quarters on the dryer and for .50 only added 5 minutes. Added another .50 and didn’t add any time to the dryer. Went to the washing machine to wash my blankets attempted to put money in took 2 quarters then wouldn’t take anymore couldn’t get my two quarters back. Over half the 3.50 machines wireless connection down so couldn’t use card and wasn’t going to attempt putting money in again for fear of loosing even more money. Spent twice as long as I should have washing and drying due to issues with machines and having to wait for machines with working card reader to open up. Then attempted to get a snack and vending machine not working luckily it didn’t eat any money. Don’t think I will be back. Lost a total of 4.25 just trying to get things to works."
