Reviews
"Would not advise anyone to seek pain support from Chris Hanson. He does not look at past records for what he has performed. He is difficult to get an appointment with when you are truly in pain. He travels and makes it it very difficult to see him at the same place and records do not transfer. He has student fellowship trainees come in, which he gets paid for, and he is not in the room when they push and pull on your body parts which causes much more pain, as they have have not been privy to your xrays or MRIs. I do think Chris is a good person but had to move on after 6 years to someone who could truly help me with my pain."
"Karen, an employee is refusing to help get my original records so that I, as a Post Traumatic Brain Survivor ( 2nd time going through the trauma from a severe head Injury ) to help me complete necessary healthcare forms for my Disability. She argued with me on the phone and questioned why I as a patient would need my records from so long ago. She also insinuated that I did not know what type of doctor I was seeing. My ex-husband and I were referred to the clinic and had driven from Sioux City, IA to Carroll IA. I'm beside myself to get the help I need. She is refusing to help me and told me no. She also said she didn't have to tell me her last name and credentials. This is not in the best interest of providing individual wellbeing health care to myself as a client. I requested the original hard copy file the doctor read to my ex-husband and I in order to help give the most accurate information to the health care providers and she blatantly denied me any help. The Iowa laws are not being met; Right to Access. The right to see and get a copy of your medical record. Right to Amend. The right to have information added to your medical record to make it more complete or accurate. The right to amend does not mean a right to have information erased or removed."
