All employees are extremely professional and available for questions and concerns. They made sure exercises were doable but still challenging enough for me to improve. "I had to go here when both my knees needed physical therapy. The staff here are incredible. Everyone treated me with kindness and had a great deal of patience with me. The facility is to notch as well. I like the fact that there is plenty of room for everyone here. Being that I'm a bit shy and was not feeling comfortable with my knees it was easy once I saw that traffic flow was managed really well. My physical therapist was very knowledgeable and worked with me in a very professional progression. He made sure that I was making progress through progression measurements that he would take note of. They had plenty of equipment to keep me busy and that targeted my problem. I went in moving slow but came out of there feeling incredible. At the end of my P.T. they gave me a shirt as a little reward and thank you which was very nice of them. They made sure I was ready to leave and move on. Overall, Makovicka Physical Therapy was a positive experience for me. I would recommend them to anyone including family. I assure you that this place is not 5 stars but 10 stars easily!"
