"I called today after a week of blizzard type weather and below zero temperatures because our drain in our basement was backing up to a pretty significant level. The person on the phone was very informative and let me know that initially they only had an opening on Monday (it’s Wednesday currently) but after speaking to some people she was able to get them out today! Lance was our technician, and he was very friendly and professional. He was a life saver for us and we are now drained completely and can use the water upstairs! The whole experience was amazing and although I don’t wish to call them anytime soon, I am confident that they could help me if I ever need their services again!"
