"FLEX Physical Therapy in Council Bluffs is a 5 star rehabilitation facility! I recently had a total knee replacement and Mike, Michelle and Anna (and the office staff) helped me exceed my orthopedic surgeons timeline for the recovery so I could return to work early. They're very professional, educated and kind Therapy Professionals! They had me three times a week in person for six weeks and then once a week for three weeks to check on my progress and answer any questions on issues if any arose. They provided a home exercise program that was/is easy to follow and provided excellent results (if followed as instructed). Again, my surgeon was amazed at how quickly I regained movement, overall motion and strength. I can truly say they had my best interests for my well being during my recovery time with them and I highly recommend them to anyone needing Physical Therapy assistance."
