"We had been fighting our flea issue for over a month in our home and finally called it quits and decided to call in professional help. We’ve never had fleas so bad, but it was out of our control now as the bites were on us too instead of our animals. Eric was super quick at responding at first, and scheduling not only the 1st treatment but the 2nd treatment and very flexible as well at those times. We did follow the rules for before and after - 10 days later we haven’t seen any but still decided to still do the recommended 2nd treatment to be 100% sure. 2 weeks after the 2nd treatment we come to find out that we still had the fleas, Eric did go above and beyond and caulk our basement window better thinking they were coming back in through there and spraying our basement yet again but no other floors. A month later, He has turned angry and aggressive towards me. Understanding he is over the situation that we still have them and he has exhausted all of his thoughts. They yes have become less but the basement still has a great infestation. He told me he moved everything possible in the basement where they could be and now he tells me he didn’t. I would recommend him for a small infestation, but not a large out of control one."
