"Hate going here. Unprofessional and judgmental doctors. Nurses are unprofessional by talking about personal complaints and being sick but coming to work without a mask. Finding a new doctor asap because I have never been more used for my money in my life. Fee to come in and then they will say you need all this blood work and stuff just to get some more money outta ya pockets."
"Let me start by saying that I have worked in healthcare to 35 years, so I know how patients should be treated and how an office should be run. This office has the most unprofessional staff. First of all, when answering the phone, they NEVER say their name. Is this so you can't name them when they inevitably screw something up (because they definitely WILL! Dr. Biskup is by far the best physician I have ever seen, but when your staff is awful, it doesn't matter. I wish he would read these reviews so he could see how bad it has gotten. He probably wonders why he doesn't have as many patients as he used to. So many things were handled poorly by nursing staff (Laura is THE WORST), office staff, admin, mainly office manager who should not be working with the public....ever. I repeatedly had issues with scripts not being called in and them not returning my calls. The front desk staff is so rude, they have to have signs up reminding you that it is a felony to assault medical staff. Having to go in 2-3x a year is ridiculous, especially when I haven't even been able to see Dr. Biskup in a couple of years. You have to schedule out abt 7 months to see him. When I requested my med records so I could go somewhere else, they tried to tell me that I had to fill out their form (you do not by law)and they couldn't send my records to me (again, wrong - they legally have to do this). I informed them of the law and they reluctantly agreed. Then I was told that the most ancient technology was going to be used..a disc! By the time Rachel "helped" me after not returning my email for a week, this disc was my only option. I had to drive all the way there and pick it up because she had strung it out for so long. This place is so poorly ran that if you are not able to pay very close attention to every detail, you better not entrust them with your healthcare. You will be so frustrated if you go here. Save your money and your sanity and run far away from this office!!!"
"My sister did was this office’s senior biller for over a year that is how I heard about this place. I started going there to see a PA. Who at first was great, very rushed and fast but good. Then it started he was there less and less. So, prescriptions got more complicated to get filled. So I went to see one of their other PA’s her name is Keri. It wasn’t until after I saw her I found out she is someone who is an anti-vaccine advocate. I was curious as to why she still wore a mask when seeing patients. I don’t find this out from her, I find it out later from my sister after my sister left. Not only is this PA an anti vacxer she’s had Covid twice. What makes me angry is I’ve brought my kids in to that office with me. One of them at the time days old! This is something I feel should be told up front before you make appointments there. Considering all the precautions they make you take if you aren’t vaccinated and have a cough. They may be nice people up front, but the continuity of care is a joke cause there is none."
"Most unprofessional ran office I've ever experienced. Sad because I had be seeing Dr Saniuk for over 30 years and he is great. So many things handled poorly by office, admin, mainly office manager who should not be working with people ever. I had been told I could not address 2 issues with my Dr in on appointment. Was told to never come back. After 30 some years. Trash."
"I would not recommend this place, just because of the women running the front counter! They're RUDE and are liars. The place has changed for the worse, and wondering what the doctors are thinking and why they are loosing clients! They sent me a bill for $50 saying I was a no show, I wasn't. Called them, only to be transferred to Rachelle the office manager, left her a message, didn't get a call back, get a new bill called again, and Nicki said it's because I refused to pay my copay. This is a flat out LIE. Never have they asked me to pay prior to my visits, EVER. They bill my insurance, and what my insurance doesn't pay, then I pay with our medical credit card my husband has through his work. When I went into the appointment, they asked my name, then something they never did, was asked for my SS#, before they only ask for your ID, then they asked for my DOB, then she goes do you know your co-pay went up, I said no, she goes that will be $70, I said, you need that now? She said yes. I explained they never asked for co-pay in the 10+ years I have been going there, that when I get the bill I call in with this medical credit card number my husband has for us. If I pay my $70 co-pay with my bank card, I will never get that back through my insurance and the women at the desk, kept leaning back in her chair repeating everything to someone in the office next to her. I even called my husband while I was there, he was on the road and couldn't get pulled over to give me that information. She asked if I could reschedule, I said, no, the way you treated me, I will seek another clinic. Found a new one and I love my new doctor, the people at the front desk were GREAT, personal, friendly, and guess what, this clinic also said they were not giving me the right dose on my thyroid medication I have been taking, so I'm glad I have a doctor that knows what they are doing and his team that is looking out for me and my health...OH, and THEY DIDN'T ASK FOR A CO-PAY."
