"Hansons was great when I had my windows installed but if you need warranty work done watch out! I They were bought out in 2017 and now when you need warranty work to replace bad discolored glass they want to charge a 99 dollar inspection fee even though they have all the information! Won’t ever use this company again and as said be careful!"

"Made me miss work 4 times because of rescheduling then tells me basically it’s screw me and you will just have to be rescheduled again, I’m already paying $2500 for one window, you’d think they’d at least care about a customer who’s paying that much but apparently not. This is the most ridiculous, non caring, scam artist company I’ve ever done business with, keep in mind we ordered windows in July and it’s already going into January and we still don’t have are windows in, if your going to buy from this place don’t listen to the fake 5 star reviews, listen to this one trust me they aren’t worth doing business with at all, I will never use Hanson's again I can tell you that much.
