"I was seen today for follow up pneumonia. The wait time to see my doctor was horrible I had a 10:30 appointment and it was 11ish when I got called back to a room where there was another wait. I just want to add the waiting room seating when you come into the building is horrible and when you don’t feel good it was torture I just wanted to go home. The one seating you need to lean against the hard wall makes no sense give us a little comfort with the prices we pay. My doctor ordered a chest x ray to compare with the er . That was another over 30 minute wait when the X-ray tech let another patient in before me. IAll I neeeded was an x-ray I was just so floored. When this place first opened I loved it now the urgent care is horrible been there 3 times and the last time I walked out because of the wait. It really went downhill and I’m going to seek a new physician."

"Let's start with the good: reception desk was nice and helpful and they got us in fairly quickly. The bad: -they did not tell us our test results. Just gave us papers and told us we are free to go. Did not ask if we had questions. Rushed us out without any discussion. -We recently had two family members die (one of them being 14) relating to complications to strep/flu. We came in because we were exposed by a family member at the hospital where we watched the 14 year old die. Doctors advised us to get tested. So we came here. The nurses were very insensitive to our situation and talked about her death so flippantly. I understand medical staff desensitization but basic bedside manners were needed and not given. They seemed annoyed we came in without any SERIOUS symptoms. I would not recommend as they seemed to just want to get as many bodies in and out the door even if that means skipping a few steps to do so."

"Front desk staff- very friendly. Always have smiles on faces when I arrive. They are helpful and friendly always make me feel welcome. No issues there. Let's fast forward to the Healthcare provider my children see. Nurse practioner abby ketchum. She should not be allowed to care for people, especially children. My daughter (four) has been sick for over a month and a half. I've called CHI and have scheduled appointments almost weekly for her, because she has a horrible raspy cough that will not go away. It started worrying me. So the first week I notice the cough, I called and made her an appointment. Abby ketchum was the provider for my daughter. She listened to her chest/lungs and told me "just give her zertec to loosen up her chest and put on a humidifier in her room at night, that should really help". Well. Okay. so i do what she said to do. My 4 yro daughter still coughing up a lung a week later, I call and ask for an appointment again. Again, Abby is her provider. Abby does the same routine check up and tells me again to keep giving the zertec. Annoyed, we leave the appointment. My daughter is not Improving and now has to miss school. Great. So we go AGAIN a week later and Abby is of course no help. Does nothing different for my daughter. I finally, this Thursday (November 2nd 2023) call and this time I'm extremly upset. And I request my daughter see an M.D and NOT Abby Ketchum. So, the appointment gets made, and we arrive. The M.D listens to my daughter's lungs and seems a little concerned. He orders a chest x-ray, takes her back and gets it done. He comes back in and tells me she has pneumonia. My for year old daughter has pneumonia. And has had it for weeks untreated. Abby ketchum told us to use allergy medicine...when my FOUR YEAR OLD has pneumonia. If I would've ignored my gut feeling that something was seriously wrong who knows what might have happened to MY CHILD. I immediately told CHI to take Abby off my son and my daughters chart and I DO NOT want her providing any medical care for my children again. This woman is negligent and obviously doesn't know how to treat a sick child. I trusted her to help my daughter get better and instead we leave being told she has pneumonia. Thank God for the M.D who took the extra step to dig deep and find out what was going on with my daughter. Do not take your children to Abby Ketchum. She's not even a doctor and can't prescribe medications to help your children get better. It makes me absolutely sick that my daughter has been suffering for over a MONTH because Abby Ketchum told me to give her allergy medicine when she has pneumonia. EDIT My daughter is still sick. I have been extremly worried about her health to the point where I am done. I decided to take my daughter to Boys Town. The doctor who saw my daughter did a full work up, examined her thoroughly. She prescribed my daughter a stronger medication. It's been ONE day on the medication. She's had 2 doses so far, and I haven't heard my daughter cough all night. This doctor took her time, and really made sure to check out my daughter and she took my concerns to heart. I AM DONE with CHI "health". They don't give a damn about your health let alone your CHILDRENS health. Stay away from CHI . And stay FAR AWAY from Abby ketchum."

"I’m writing this morning to share my recent experience at this clinic. I went to Urgent care and saw Josh nurse practitioner and he was very thorough and understanding as well as the nurse that was there that evening. We waited a short time and I also felt the receptionist was very friendly and great at her job. I wish I remembered their names because I was treated with kindness and patience even as she was pretty busy with several patients in waiting area. At midnight Sunday night I was already getting my test results back and I thought that was dedication by my APRN to be working so late. I just had my knee replacement surgery and a very kind gal was vacuuming the PT office and she noticed I was walking with a cane. She stopped was she was doing and walked with me to the doors and I did ask her what her name was and it was Norma. She then walked me through the next set of doors and it was a chilly evening and made sure that I was able to get to my car safely and I was very impressed with her work ethic That was above and beyond what her job description is so I surely wanted you at the clinic to know that the staff is incredible even after hours and anyone considering this location should take the leap. You won’t be disappointed. I’m very blessed to have a great team there. of people that care. Thank you"

"Best health clinic I’ve ever used. Includes a walk-in clinic, primary care clinic, and a pharmacy. The front desk had five attendants when I got there on a Friday afternoon. Zero wait to check-in. I waited in the lobby less than 1 minute before I was called in. Then I had my medicine in my hand in less than 5 minutes because the pharmacy is right here! My doctor (Anne Mullin) was super. And the staff were fast and courteous. I ended up bringing my whole family in (because we all had the same cough). It’s also a beautiful and modern facility with free Wi-Fi and coffee. What’s not to love?"
