"They are so Alsome no long wait and whenever me or my husband need to see a doctor for any broken bone or out of place this is the best place to Come, I had my ankle repaired i broke it dry physical is a great dr and my husband had a hip replacement Dr ludale did his hip he is a great dr"
"Dermatology was extremely rude and pushy. They only wanted me in and out, DR did not care what i had to say and i had to repeat myself miltiple times and he kept jumping to the wrong conclusions before i could finish speaking. The third person i spoke too finally showed me how to get out of the office otherwise they just left. They could not shuffle me out of the room fast enough. Not sure if i even want to bother scheduling a follow up if thats how they view their patients."
"The surgical team downstairs (including the receptionist, who remembered me just after one visit) are awesome! They saw me on time for my appointments and got everything done so quickly and as painless as possible. The receptionists upstairs are also wonderful. However, I am so put off by the nurses and practitioner I saw when Dr.Althaus was not "on site" for my appointment. I had explained my situation to the first nurse I talked to and immediately after she left I heard her go to the station and say, "she's upset and I honestly just stopped listening after awhile." Okay, regardless of if she was talking about me or someone else, I can still hear what you're saying. That was so rude and unprofessional. Your job is to help people, if you have to fake being nice then do it. Right after, the practitioner came in and acted like I was just going to be difficult. I had called weeks prior and asked to schedule an MRI because I knew the X-rays wouldn't show anything (they had never in my previous history) but was told that I had to be seen, even though the doctors could have just looked at my case and chart. Well what do you know? I was made to wait weeks again to be seen. The practitioner even agreed with me that Althaus should have requested the MRI when my other one came back. Why am I doing these people's jobs for them? I don't have a degree for their career but I'm wondering if I should get one now to provide quality care for other patients."
"I am still sitting in the waiting room over an hour after my appointment. Tristate was never like this. CNOS is way too big and disorganized!!!!! It is terrible that they are the only orthopedic clinic in town!!!!!!"
"I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment at 11, sat in waiting room until 11:47 when I asked how much longer. Never in that time was I told that Dr. P was running behind or asked if I want to reschedule. When do did ask to reschedule I asked for afternoon after 2:30 but was told early morning was best before he falls behind. If he's notorious for falling behind maybe call the patient and give a heads up before making them wait nearly an hour. I probably won't be returning."
