"I do not recommend going with this company. Called to schedule a appointment for them to come spray and they never showed up on the first appt. Called and they said the next day. Turns out they don't even come to our city except for a couple times a week. Got scheduled for another day by a manager to just a get a text from the technician saying the wrong day. If you want someone that is dependable and reliable I recommend going with any other company you can find!"

"I made an online appointment from 1-3pm. No one showed or called. I called twice and they told me someone was on the way. I called at 6 pm and they said no one was on the way. Horrible customer service."

"Since Terminix does not adequately represent themselves, let it be known that a quarterly service IS NOT every 3 months from the date of start. Even if you reach out to them in the second month of the quarter, and they conveniently can't get to you until 2 days into the third month, it falls "too close" to the new quarter so they just charge you for the next quarter. Customer service is a joke and in the end we have more issues with bugs than when we started service with them."

"Once again. No show for appointment today. No call. Shame on me for continuing to give this location a chance. What is this, 5x in the past two years techs have failed to show after multiple confirmations of date and time? Canceling contract. AGAIN."

"The customer service department was not very helpful, and no one would call me to let me know when they could get someone out to treat. The guys who came out to treat them did an excellent job and were very helpful. I waited almost 2 weeks after the initial call to them to get someone out to treat them and 1 week after the first guy came out to inspect!!! I feel they could have at least told me it was going to take that long to get someone to treat."
