"My experience was terrible. They put rust colored stains on my white drapes, and when confronted about it, told me it was my word against theirs. The manager told me they were going to send my drapes to a "lab" to have the stains "tested" to see if it was something they did to cause the stains. When my drapes were returned- the rust colored spots were not addressed. I had to ask the manager the status of my drapes to finally get them returned to me. He told me he was sitting on them and shouldnt have been. My saga started the middle of April and i did not get my drapes back until yesterday. No one contacted me to tell me they were available for pick up. I will never use them again. Poor service, terrible work, rude."
