"There was no privacy they have you in a room with multiple people while they talk to you about the medical abortion and then they have you take the pill with everyone in the room I personally did not like that as this was a very hard decision for me mentally and physically. Besides that the staff was nice for the most part."

"Terrible experience. Please look elsewhere because you will surely be wasting your time here. Had an appointment scheduled for the 19th. Called the 18th saying they rescheduled me to the 26th. I call on the 23rd to verify & they said they had to cancel it. No calls no updates - nothing. I said I scheduled this 4 weeks ago so I’ve just been sitting waiting & the girl on the phone got an attitude and said their doctor had passed etc. I understand but if I am working on a time sensitive time frame why would you not update patients on things like this. Disgusted & hope you don’t fall into the same trap. Wish I would have read the reviews prior to making appointment. All good reviews must be people that work there cause shhheeeshhh."

"I worked there back in 2018 and it was stressful, but it was rewarding at the same time. I felt at home when I was there working because patients were and still are my number one priority. I loved everyone there and Dr. Lee is the best."
