Bellevue Urgent Care

"After my appointment yesterday, I was looking up coupons on GoodRx and Optum Perks on my phone before picking up my scripts. A middle aged woman with glasses who worked there approached me and motioned for me to roll down my window and then rudely asked, “What are you doing sitting here in our parking lot?” I showed her my phone screen and replied, “I am just looking up discount codes before getting my scripts that I just got from your Dr”. She then said, “Well, can’t you do that in some other parking lot instead of here?” I responded, “I didn’t think I was hurting anything looking up discount cards”. She then had the gall to say, “Well, I think it’s weird and creepy you just sitting here”. I then told her she was incredibly rude and unprofessional and that I am not some sort of criminal and that I would file a complaint."

"This location is fantastic! From the knowledgeable and proactive front desk receptionist, to the tech who took my information, and of course, Dr. Emily Lizalek who efficiently addressed my concerns. I had spent days and multiple phone calls dealing with VA "nurses" helpline and all I got was frustration, misdiagnosed, and a prescription that they mailed for an acute issue that I won't see for likely a week or two. Thank goodness for the mission act! This location participates and I was in and out in less than an hour. The helpful staff was even kind enough to even to direct me towards a pharmacy that would take my insurance. It's rare to have such a good medical experience. Thank you!"

"I don’t know what or when this place changed! I used to go here with absolutely no problems at all, but the last three times I’ve ‘Tried’ to go here for medical help, there is ALWAYS something going on there that I cannot be seen. The first time, I called about 1 1/2 hours before they close and no one picks up the phone. Like the ENTIRE 1 1/2 hrs up until the time to close. The second time, I rushed after I got off at 6:30 to be there before 7:00 with their closing time being 8:00. Once I get there, the door is locked with a note on the door stating they cannot see any more patients for the remainder of the day due to their excessive influx of patients….. their were 3 cars parked out back which are the employees, I’m assuming, and ONE, yes, that’s right …. ONE car in the parking lot where the patients parking is! And finally, I tried one more time to see somebody and decided to call first. The person I spoke with on the phone said they were open and taking patients, however, they cannot do X-rays or give a diagnosis for a swollen foot!! WHAT?? Then why are they even there? THAT is what an Urgent care clinic is THERE for!!"

"I've been here 3 times. All of them were great and fast. Very helpful. But I do have to say, don't go off the Google closing hours. Google says they are open till 8pm. I went to take my 8 year old there. We got there at 7:38, and the doors were locked. I know that's cutting it close but my 8yr olds ear was bleeding with fluids coming out. I called a nurses hot line and they told me to take her to a urgent care. I knew Google said they would still be open. So just don't try to go there before they are "supposed" to close."
