"I Had Dr hailey kickland take my nexplanon implant out, as someone who works in the healthcare industry the whole thing was very unprofessional and unsanitary. According to OSHA standards this would be unacceptable. She acted as if nothing was wrong even when questioned about certain things and just acted very non chalant about very important things, she had a complete lack of boundaries as well. won't be going back here again."
