"My second time in three months having to call on these guys to clean out the drain because of water coming up in the basement. It took a couple of days to hear back the second time around, but I heard from them nonetheless. They came ten minutes early to a 9:00a appointment the next day and they did just as good, if not better, as the first time in October. I talked to a few plumbers to see about getting a camera to inspect the state of the orangeburg that is always in the back of mind, and these guys put a camera through the first time and figured out exactly how much orangeburg pipe there is and where it is located. Because it is orangeburg they asked me how I felt about cleaning some of the tree roots out and I gave them ok. After clearing out some of those roots they put the camera through a second time just to verify everything looked ok. The other plumbers I spoke to charge more for just the camera pipe inspection than how much these guys charged to clear out the drain and thoroughly do a camera pipe inspection. I appreciate the work these men do, and appreciate all of the tips and tricks they share. "I called for help with the main drain for my house plugged at 1:30 yesterday (Wednesday, January 6th). I left a message with the nature of the problem, my name, and phone number when I reached a message that no one was available. I waited several hours and left another message at 4:30. It is now 9:30 the following day. There still has been no reply. This company was recommended to me and has good online reviews. It is a 24 hour service and the issue at my house is serious. I have just called another company who is sending a tech over in a few hours."
