Multiple visits to try glasses on or simply ask questions coupled with unanswered emails, promises to get back to me by phone that never happened (twice), refusal to get us our prescription when asked and business closing 20 minutes sooner than sign on door says on multiple occasions have left us unwilling to ever return. It very much felt like they would not get us requested info so we would not purchase glasses elsewhere."
