"Brandon did a great job. We had to reschedule due to his equipment breaking down, but was able to get it done the next day. He came all the way out to Wahoo and didn’t charge extra. Had several areas that smelled of cat urine, which he was able to get rid of the smell. Thanks!"

"My carpets were not cleaned to my expectations. Brandon was very friendly, which is why I didn't give one star. However, he did not explain what I was paying for. I was quoted a price over the phone. I assumed (my mistake) that carpet shampoo and cleaning meant that the carpets would be shampooed and the dirt sucked. He only used a rotary tool to agitate the carpet fibers and sprayed a carpet cleaner. He asked if I wanted a pet treatment, but did not explain what that was. I told him no. I don't have any pets. I decided to rent a rug doctor and clean it myself afterwards. You can see in the picture what I got up from two small rooms. In my opinion just scrubbing the carpet and not removing any dirt is not carpet cleaning "done right.""
