"I went to Wagner for an ear issue 6 months ago, received a bill, which I paid. 5 months later I received another bill, I called and requested an explanation and the bill was turned into collection and I never received an explanation. I am very disappointed in Wagner and will not return and would not recommend to anyone."

He asked questions about my experience, and then took a look in my ear, and immediately said, I can fix this for you today, and you will be able to hear again when you leave. I had fluid behind my eardrum, and he drained the fluid and put a tube in my ear. I left hearing better than I had in weeks. He answered my MANY questions and has a great bedside manner that inspires confidence in him. His PA is also excellent! He also answered many questions and shared advice that I hadn't thought to ask about. I will go back to have a followup and my hearing checked in three weeks. I recommend Dr. Wagner and PAC Dwight Birkley without reservation!"
