"I'll preface this with I haven't reviewed anything since highschool. BUT I made an appointment to get my IUD taken out here due to my insurance being cancelled. Going in, I was pretty nervous having read the bad reviews but to my surprise- my experience was nothing but amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful, after a brief wait in the waiting room they had me in and out in minutes. The facility is clean and tidy. I will absolutely be back if need be in the future!"

"Wouldn't trust this place to give me a band-aid let alone provide sexual or reproductive care. I waited on tests results for weeks later than they said I would, and even then I only got them after I had poked and prodded them several times. Pretty sure they forgot about me and would have never posted my results if I hadn't kept contacting them. Abysmal communication throughout the entire testing process from the whole staff. Several un-returned calls and messages. Poor bedside manner from provider with no ability to coherently educate the patient on the testing process. All led to weeks of unnecessary anxiety after a preliminary false-positive for a very scary disease. They seem to either not know or not care that they're dealing with very serious issues that affect people's day-to-day mental and physical well-being. Go anywhere else."

"First, I don’t ever leave reviews on anything. When I went there for my appointment and ended up sitting in the (empty) waiting room for over an hour and a half past my appointment time while the nurses and doctors literally sat there, I was already annoyed but figured maybe there’s some things going on I’m not sure of. I made the appointment to get my Nexplanon implant taken out, and while I was there thought it probably wouldn’t hurt to get a free STD/STI test done, even though I’ve been with my partner for a long time now. The RN had handed me a vile with another patient’s name/DOB/etc on it and that’s what I had to use to take “my” STD/STI testing with, meaning they probably gave that other patient the vile with MY NAME on it. Very scary to think this place is making huge mistakes like that. That other patient needs to know that she has something and it now has my name in it. All together, this location is extremely unprofessional, lazy, and made huge unforgivable mistakes. I’m not even a Karen like that, but that’s a huge problem."

"Go somewhere else. I booked an appointment for 9am on Monday. I go to the location and it's closed. I thought why did it let me book it for 9am then. I call the number on file and she says they open at 9, "yup". So I stay and still not open. So a person from here lied to me lol and couldn't get my birth control. Whoopee."

"Went to website to schedule an appt. Website said "no need to schedule an appointment you can walk-in at any time during the business hours listed below" Business hours on Monday were 10-7. I walked in at 6:01. Three cars in the parking lot, mind you one of the three belongs to me. Lady behind glass window stated they don't take walk-ins after 6pm. I stated how much pain I was in and she proceeded to provide me alternative appt times 2-3 weeks out. After I stated that I could not possibly wait that long i mentioned that my only option now is to go to the emergency room. So she graciously handed me a list of referral clinics to call, while commenting that she keeps disappointing herself by looking at the clock and it not being 7pm yet. I was in tears considering I rushed home after work to shower, scarfed down dinner on the go, drove 30 minutes in rush hour traffic to get there prior to 7pm, WHILE IN PAIN!!! THIS FACILITY IS A FLIPPIN JOKE!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!"
