"Took niece in for physical and not one person who came in her exam room wore gloves, even when they gave her a vaccination. They wiped to blood off from the vaccination with a cotton ball without gloves and placed a Band-Aid then proceeded to type on the computer and leave the room without washing their hands or sanitizing. They did not give her any information regarding the vaccination that she received or what the potential side effects might be. I will not be taking her back to this clinic."

"I love being able to get a same day appt with a familiar face. Dr. Guzman has always been able to provide excellent care."

"I used to like going to this clinic it's close to home I like my doctor. I call to make an appointment and the receptionist was very rude didnt want to help me made me feel like I wasn't important was making a big deal about the time I picked for my appointment. The the day of my appointment I walk in and she says in a rude tone. I tried calling you,you dont anwser your phone your voice mail is full. Tell her sorry thought it was a reminder call. She said no it's to reschedule but I couldn't tell you because your voice mail is full. So we reschedule for the following week she tells me 4 I said great. I rushed to the clinic to be there at 4 since I got off work at 330. Get in and same lady says your appointment was at 330. I said I thought we said 4 she said no. This lady makes you feel like your not important and that your bothering her when trying to set a date and time with a doctor. I'm frustrated you shouldn't make people feel this way especially when they need help."

"You will always have to wait at least 30 min after your scheduled time even if you’re the first appointment of the day. You’d think for a small town you might get a personal friendliness but you’d be mistaken. I’ve never spent less than 2 hours there and have only been for wellchecks for my daughter and spent a max time of 15 min with the doctor/nurse. It’d take just as much time and you’d get better care making the drive to Council Bluffs."

"They are rarely accepting new clients. When they are the appointments are a week or so out. Then to top it off they call and change the appointment date you worked to set up. We thought this facility would be a convenience but we still end up going to Council Bluffs. Wish it would have just stay with Dr. Pignari."
