"Physical therapy is great but billing department is horrible. Michelle is the person I spoke to 12/18 who informed me that my attorney requested billing on 12/4 but no one processed it and then I would need to wait an additional 14 days. I explained this is unacceptable and that I wanted to speak with a supervisor and she decided to not answer as I’m saying hello. Worst customer service ever on the phone. Due to this issue and other issues I’ve had with CHI, I would not recommend. I called waited on hold for about 10mins for Darwin to hang up on me after I requested a supervisor. That’s why my rating is a 1 now."

"Very very rude they do not listen to your health concerns they will just talk over you and tell you there’s nothing they can do this chain of CHI health continually puts charges on my account that do not belong to me and make me dispute it the doctor I have seen today did not address my health concerns told me I had a viral infection but to return to work because there is nothing they can do about it I very highly do not recommend coming to this clinic if you actually want your health concerns to be addressed"

"I have brought my children here for years when we cannot get into their pcp. I have also recently established primary care myself here. Every provider we have seen has been wonderful. Some walk in visits, the wait time was long but understandable due to how many people were waiting ahead of us since it is first come first serve. Some visits we were called back before even sitting down. Having a pharmacy inside the clinic makes getting prescriptions convenient. Also having xray is super convenient. I love that the walk in clinic is open 8am to 8pm everyday because we never know when we will have a medical situation."

"Yes, it is an old place, with some needed updates on the waiting room chairs, but MOST IMPORTANTLY, I have used their walking in clinic for our family for almost an year now, and never had any trouble. They always made sure to treat us for whatever the problem was, and when needed to see an specialist(like in case of my 4 years old), the nurse practitioner made sure to have an appointment made for me, with two options (she found two clinics that would see me that same day!) Their front desk staff, nurses and doctors have been friendly and patiently every time. So far this place has pleased for what we went there for. Hopefully things will keep this way!"

"I went in with a very painful cyst on a Friday morning, left with a slice to the effected area and the cyst still in place. I was told by the doctor to call him by Monday if things weren't feeling better. I called first thing Monday after struggling all weekend with such terrible pain. I never received a call back. I ended up going to the ER (thanks one more bill!) The very competent doctor there took one look and said that the doctor at this clinic didn't do it correctly. I'm not one to leave reviews but this was a terrible experience and my family and I will never return to this clinic. I feel as tho as a doctor you should get paid by the service that was received if it was up to me you wouldn't not get paid considering you literally did nothing to help me."
