"Came into ER for chronic illness related sickness, staff had my med records, and they refused to listen to me about the treatment I knew I needed. Staff behaved like I was an idiot, my concerns did not feel valued. One time, an APRN there had the audacity to ask if I "shared needles" when I sought treatment for the same chronic illness symptoms, especially after I had already explained my medical history that she had pulled up on her screen to begin with. Very upsetting how the staff here seems like they don't care about patient wellness. This has been over the course of several visits to this clinic. Also upsetting that this is the only clinic in town."
