"I got a physical therapy there you want me there 15 minutes early if my appointment is at 10:00 I expect to be in there at 10:00 not 10:05 some of us have stuff to do and need to get back to our lives show me a therapist do you know I need to hover over you constantly there are some that needs to pay attention instead of walking off and talking or being on their phones you need to get people in and out. Can I go there to see the doctor I want to see the actual doctor not his PA or some person practicing or don't know what's going on"

"The front desk women are so friendly! All the staff in general are wonderful and try to get to know you on a personal level that I have never before seen at a clinic before. I love the size of the clinic and the open concept of the physical therapy area is wonderful. It just feels like such a supportive and productive location. Highly recommend!"

"I was referred to Dr.Althaus, by Dr.Liudahl, since he specializes in hip surgeries. After waiting over an hour for my appointment (with my 1 year old in tow), I spent five minutes with him discussing my "treatment" plan. I had gone over my history and pain level and was told I would need yet another MRI. I do understand that my insurance needs to see certain steps before they will cover anything but this team seemed to just pass off my case and I've waited months now for relief, even after I had already done PT. I did not feel listened to and kept getting told, "this is a big deal, we want to make sure the cortisone and epidural shots won't work first." They did not help, which after going over my MRI's even I could see they wouldn't, and obviously I'm not a doctor. I felt the entire time that he didn't even want me as a patient and the communication was lacking severely (I had to come out of the exam room to make sure I could leave and that everything was taken care of because he said he would be back and I heard him go into another patient's room). Thankfully his nurses marked my case as, 'Urgent,' a few times to get me in sooner BUT I was once again referred to someone else in the company since, "Althaus doesn't do the repair I need as often." One of my friends warned me about CNOS but my primary care referred me to them and I trusted their recommendation...not that there's really much choice living in this area. I would definitely go back to Fyzical for PT instead, just based on this one location (I've been to all the other CNOS as well)."

"I was denied medical care because of my weight. Now I continue to be in pain everyday can barely work. My wife has to help me get dressed some days. I would recommend looking else where for medical care. I love how this was after they made me see two different people, collect 2 co pays, and bill my insurance twice then tell me "sorry you are to fat". When will they help me? Their advice is for me to get down to my high school weight, "then we might help you"."
