"I took my 1 year old because notice bump on he’s head we walk in 11:27 and by hour later still nothing the nurse said there rooms were all full but every one else walking in that was after us was being taking to the back except us I think they are racist tours Hispanic that was my impression they acted like they didn’t care even after I told them we were leaving racist hospital if you ask me had to drive to Cherokee just to get my son check out"
"Constantly misdiagnosing patients. Strokes diagnosed as dehydration twice. Uncle went in for pain and discomfort, they gave him a COVID test and sent him home twice. Went to Sioux City and had to have two stints put in. Missing cancer in a patient and diagnosing him with Bronchitis. Not listening to their patients or paying very much attention to anything. Terrible"
"I have had several health issues over the last numerous years. BVRMC has always given me the best care!! ER doctors and staff are top notch and have always gone above and beyond to get me the best possible care!! Best hospital in the area by far!!!"
"I am from out of town, I had the pleasure of having an ER Dr by the name of Doc Taylor (thank you for your service to our great country) . I had some strange multiple symptoms. He listened to me, did multiple tests. I let him do his job. All is fine. Please don't ever complain about this ER, yes there was a little triage going on. Stitches to be sewn, a little crying baby (kids first in my book). My care took a few extra hours, yet I walked out with excellent care. Everyone from reception, nurses, phlebotomist, billing, radiology you folks are top notch. I thank you for your care and respect that you have. I'd give a 10 star but I can only give up to a 5.."
"I came in with a stomach pain and the doctor kept giving me other medication instead of pain medication to ease the pain. Which caused my stomach to hurt more and made me go to the bathroom with a stomach ache. They ran test said they couldn’t find nothing wrong but it’s all BS. Why would my stomach hurt then?!? I don’t like the hospital and I hate going there. It’s not like I go to the hospital for fun. Why can’t they give me the right medication to ease my pain. It’s like they want me to suffer and die of agony. Never have I had this much difficulty."
