"Doctor was nice. I drove from another town just to use them because they said my insurance would pay for the appointment. I asked twice & was assured it would. Then, because they coded the claim differently than they said they would, the insurance didn’t pay it so they sent me the bill. Not my idea of good business practice."

"The staff that has been there for years is wonderful. Front counter girl a little crass and rude. I just wanted to look at frames and felt run out if there as she announced to the entire office my prescription wasn't current. I've been a customer there all my life. I didn't appreciate that."

I trust what Dr. Brownmiller and all of his staff explain to me. If I have questions they always answer them without making feel like it is a silly question.
