"I was looking for help with a recent trauma. This was the only place in my area. I cannot recommend this place to others who are seeking mental health services. I feel I was traumatized by this establishment. I needed therapy and after 3 visits with 3 separate therapist or others I was mentally exhausted. It was not by choice to retell my experience 3 separate times. This is how it is set up. You have no idea what is going on. You never get a chance to establish a relationship with one person. It was beyond awful. I still think of how horrible it was. My last visit a red haired lady asked me so many questions. All the same type questions for what seemed like hours. She just smiled like she was so happy as I recounted my story a 3rd time. By the end of this session she asked me a question and I thought she asked if I had kids. I said yes. I asked her to clarify the question as I was mentally exhausted. She asked if I touched kids. I was so shocked and disgusted. She just kept smiling. I was there for physical abuse and depression. I had suffered facial fractures and had emergency trauma surgery. I just felt let down. If you have private insurance like I do. I highly recommend online therapy. This place left me feeling alone and empty. It doesn’t have to be this way there is real help! I know it is hard being rural. There are online options. Do not waste your time or mental health."
