"We had the worst experience ever. We had an appointment for “afternoon” and called back toward the end of afternoon and were told that we were next in line. We called an hour after “afternoon” and we told, again, that we were next in line. When we asked if we were looking at tomorrow, we were informed that, “No, we keep working till the appointments are done. No one who Ed or called. Then the next morning we were told that they never spoke to us telling us we were the next in line. AND, they would not honor the appointment and we were told it would be an emergency service call. Rotor Rooter is the worst."

"The best Cedar Rapids has to offer. I'm always skeptical of today's service companies adding frivolous charges. Not here. The technician came on time, went to work solving the issue, provided the bill which was lower than expected, and accepted payment. I couldn't be happier."

"If you haven't called our local Roto-Rooter for drain cleaning, repair or anything sewer related you should be. I've been using them the past 5+ years after switching from another company previously, and I'm so glad I made the change. The quality of service we receive from everyone at Roto-Rooter is absolutely first class every time! I had an issue this week with some drains and gave them a call and they scheduled me in the next day. Then Zach and Terry showed up and diagnosed the problem along with finding another issue I didn't even know about. Plus, Zach took the time to show me what's going on and what needed to be done to resolve it. I loved this! Then after he and Terry were done Zach walked me through everything one more time which was so helpful, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Thank you again Roto-Rooter for having such a wonderful company and people like Zach and Terry who care and provide amazing customer service which means so much to everyone today! "Great service! I called at 8 AM and they were able to send someone out before noon. Jimmy was very friendly and helpful. He was able to clear the blockage our shower drain within 15 minutes. Prices are reasonable as well. Overall would definitely recommend!"
