"Honestly, I would give this company zero stars if allowed, as I am absolutely furious with this company. First of all, we had our initial estimate done in August, and they didn't even call us to SCHEDULE the work until DECEMBER, but I'm willing to let that one go. We had a full gutter replacement done on December 26th. On January 23rd (not even a month later), one of the gutters started to break off. Then on January 24th, it broke off completely which then caused ice (which had been on the gutter) to be projected through our basement window and shattered it, which caused additional damage in our basement. So now not only do we have a broken gutter (which was our problem in the first place and initially brought us to LeafFilter) but a broken window and damage to our basement as well. To make matters worse, upon inspection of the gutters on the other side of the house, that BRAND NEW gutter is starting to bow as well. If you are thinking of using this company, DO NOT DO IT!! Shop local and avoid this company like the plague!"
