"Before moving out of our apartment my boyfriend and I shampooed the carpets on our own so we did not have to worry about a cleaning fee. But this company still chose to shampoo our carpets a second time and now they are trying to get us to pay $600 for a cleaning charge that did not need to be done. They’re just trying to make more money off apartments complexes by saying the carpet was dirty. It was not. Now we are looking further into the situation. I wouldn’t use this company."
"I have used Actually Clean for both residential and business for the last 3 years for both carpet and upholstery. Every time I call, I speak to someone courteous and I’m scheduled quickly and with ease. I have asked for a quote over the phone. It makes sense giving a quote over the phone is not something they can do because they can’t judge the amount of cleaning or treatments needed unless they are looking at the carpet or upholstery in person. They do vary sometimes on when they show up but it’s understandable given that some carpets may take longer to clean to their high standards. The kids who show up are trained properly and if asked a question they can’t answer, they call their boss to get the information they need to answer accurately. EVERY carpet cleaning truck is loud. I can’t believe someone would take the time out of their day to complain about something they can’t control. I’m also impressed by their follow-up after they have competed their work.
