"The receptionist was so rude, did not greet me, and I don't even believe the gift I dropped off will actually get to the family I brought it for in the NICU. Otherwise, this is our preferred hospital from the OB/GYN, Labor and Delivery, and Mom and Baby, Unity is the way to go."

"Review of ER: Unprofessional. Without getting into a book here. The nurse was talking bad about my husband (the patient) before she even called his name from the door. Extremely Unprofessional with zero competency of the type of emergency. Luckily we found help at another ER."

"Sat in we for well over 3 hours and everyone else got a room while my son was having severe pain in his right side. They told me they go by severity and there was one that was dehydrated. I swear that the people look like they are in no pain are going back while my son is having to have his appendix removed. They need to have them go in in the order they come in"
