Actually Clean

"Scheduled a 3 bedroom and living room cleaning for feb.13th at 9am. Actually clean never showed up. On the 14th I received several back to back phone calls. I called them back on the 14th to tell them they were a day late and they claimed the attempted to call on the 13th. My phone records show no calls from them. Very Unprofessional by showing up a day late then blaming me, thee customer. I will never use Actually clean again nor would I ever recommend their services!"

"I know it's hard to find good help but this company hires from the bottom of the barrel. I specifically got a quote for a small job and when it was completed, the price doubled. The crew will try to jack up the price and it's actually quite comical. The runt who tried to scam me was just so obvious in his intentions. Laughable at best. Stay away from this buisness."

"BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS! They will lie to you and take advantage of you! They told me they would call me with a cost estimate once on site. Even though I already told them what stains and how many they were dealing with in this small 1-BD apartment. THEY DID NOT. Then 2 hours later I get a call that I owe almost $600. Who charges $65/15 min of work!!! Then when I complained about not being called with an estimate, they said there was nothing they could do about it. Other businesses I called estimated the job would cost $200-300! NOT IMPRESSED WITH ACTUALLY CLEAN"
