"Unfortunately I had to reschedule twice with this company due to life circumstances that were out of my control and Emily, who answers the phones was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. She made sure to tell me that she would be sending me an invoice for $150 if I didn’t reschedule. I let her know that I wasn’t comfortable rescheduling the moment she called because I was driving my sick kids to the doctor and couldn’t look at my schedule. She then proceeded to try and make me feel bad for rescheduling the first time without enough notice and then eventually just told me she was sending the invoice and HUNG UP ON ME!!! So incredibly unprofessional! I called back to speak to an owner or someone else, but I was not given that opportunity. She told me that she let me know of their 48-hr cancellation policy when I called, but that was a complete lie. I was never told of any cancellation policy, ever. The call ended by her telling me she would cancel the appointment and then she just hung up on me AGAIN! I honestly know that rescheduling/canceling is a not ideal for a company, but this is NOT the way to gain/keep customers. So disappointed I couldn’t use their service."
