I know my garage would be a challenge and Jeff went above and beyond on trying to get it to look right. John came out to look at the garage also. In this day and age, it hard to get follow up. "2). Update: After calling the company, Jeff and John returned my call and were out here in about 45 minutes to assess the issue. They did some work they feel will solve the problem and did some additional preventative work. We will see if this helps the next time we get driving, heavy rains. Will continue to update as time goes on. Thank you for your prompt service Jeff and John. Raised rating from 1 to 3. BTW, we have not had any problems with our gutters. They did a super job on those. 1). We had them do our roof and gutters at the same time. The roofers they hire out to did a pi## poor job as we have had leaks in the same spot every time we get a heavy rain. We call, they come out and I don't know what they do, but say it is fixed and it is not. My husband has to re-plaster the ceiling for the 4th time since it has rained. Totally fed up!"
