"So tired of trying to work with this office to just maintain regular appointments. If you need care relatively quickly, their default answer is to go to the ER where you will wait 5+ hours just to be seen & run out of portable oxygen. Appointments are canceled and rescheduled without consulting the patient. Oftentimes they are rescheduled 1-2 months past when the dr wanted to see you. We are in a sensitive situation and there is zero urgency when trying to get an appointment after they canceled multiple times due to “provider unavailability”. J Gupta will not listen to your concerns and will talk over you also."
