"Joke of a clinic. All this clinic cares about is money, money, money and not the well being of the patients. Wouldn’t administer an antibiotic for my daughter when she had strep…. Their answer to EVERYTHING is “if she’s not doing better in a few days bring her back”. One of the nurses was doing a strep test on my daughter and bloodied her lip because she pushed so hard. Unprofessional and do not recommend."

"This clinic really is a one stop shop for everything outpatient! I’ve gotten x-rays, lab draws and most recently a blood transfusion at the infusion center. I’ve always had friendly and efficient experiences with the staff, Mary at check in is super nice! Having a clinic in Sunnybrook, close to home is a lifesaver and I definitely recommend for anyone needing outpatient services."

"I took my daughter to Urgent Care for a possible broken toe. The wait was reasonable, they were polite, but the thing that impressed me the most is they actually followed up the next morning to tell us what the radiologist had to say about the X-ray."

"Saw Garry A Clark DO. Horrible. My 2 year old grandson had an infected foot. Red, swollen, hot. Obviously in pain. He asked me what I 'let' him get into. Very rude. Told me this is very serious and could become life-threatening in a short amount of time. Then proceeded to tell me to just make an appointment with his regular dr. In the morning! I don't think he knew what to prescribe! I had to argue with him to get an antibiotic! Why let something go another day if it could become life-threatening? And waste time and money on another appointment?? He actually got angry with me. He took a piece of paper and wrote 'Zyrtec' on it! I was not leaving with a sick 2 year old only to have to take time off from work and make another appointment, worried that overnight it could become life-threatening like he had said! I finally got an antibiotic, but I'll go to ER next time. Zero star!!"

"Took my 5 year old with what turned out to be a ruptured ear drum to Urgent Care. Hours were until 6pm. We walked in at 5:58 in a rush with blood oozing out of his ear. The receptionist had already locked the door as we were walking up and pointed to the clock. We left with my son screaming. Disgusted with lack of empathy. This was my first and will be my ONLY experience with this Urgent Care. Sadly, this was not an isolated incident as others told me they had the same experience here. Supposedly the receptionist was going to be "educated" to not turn away patients until 6:01. Very disappointed."
