"I've been a patient at Dean and associates for over 5 years all the staff members are kind and understanding all the doctors and therapists go out of their way to make sure you feel you are being taken care of a 100% I would without a doubt recommend Dean and associates to anyone in need!!!"
"clinic really doesn’t care about patients, horrible service and would not recommend. Couldn’t even get a letter for my dog to be considered a service pet for my anxiety since I haven’t had an appointment for a while. Classic clinic that only cares about money."
"Was under the care of two separate providers for 1.5 years before i finally had enough. The receptionists were always rude at check in and check out, especially Lexi. For someone who works at a mental health clinic, she has a (not) fun and very blatant way of making sure you feel embarrassed when you let her know your appointment time and provider. And then if you’re lucky she *tries* to manage a decent customer service attitude but still seems so inconvenienced that she has to book another appointment with your provider and then write it on a card as a reminder. She only would change her demeanor to mediocre customer when my provider came out to tell her when i needed to come back. Funny how she’s gonna change as soon as someone who could get her in trouble comes out. Office manager should’ve been addressing this as of years ago. Office manager can’t take criticism without being personally offended either. I called several times about getting a full printed version of my records while i was under Erin Hodgsons care. I had called and my favorite receptionist, Lexi, answered and i asked to have my medical records sent to my new psychiatrist at a different clinic. She had me sign a release form where i said ALL of my records to be sent over. She sent over my last appointment notes, with no past medications, diagnosis, treatment plans, or any other appointments notes from the past year of my care under Erin. Upon me calling again and talking to Lexi and saying none of my records were sent over and asking to speak with the office manager because i didn’t trust that she would send my records over, i was put through to the office manager’s voicemail and a hope I’d be called back. She eventually did and i brought up that my new provider never received any of my records and that’s pretty important in anyones treatment but especially since i’ve been one the same meds that haven’t been helping me for months and being refused adhd treatment because of a substance issue. She immediately became offended that i would say it’s dangerous of them to not provide my new healthcare provider with important information regarding my care, as i’m on antipsychotics and multiple anti depressants with a history of suicidal tendencies, as well as sensitivity to a fair number of meds that we had tried (unsuccessfully). I mentioned I had also not been acknowledged about my consistent comments about my suspected autism which had now been diagnosed. Her demeanor quickly changed and she would refuse to admit they made a mistake and was speaking me as if i couldn’t understand what she was trying to communicate. Now that could’ve been a complete coincidence but it doesn’t appear to be just a coincidence because it seemed to have a common theme of no respect for mentally ill or disabled people within the clinic. I told her i wanted a printed copy of every appointments notes and my medication records and symptoms recorded from trying those meds. She said she would have to get approval from Dr Dean as my previous provider Erin wasn’t in the office. I said okay then call me when they’re ready. A week goes by and I call and asked on the status of the approvals and printed records because I need to pick them up now and it’s no longer a process of getting them to my new provider and I need them printed now. I get told by Lexi that erin still isn’t in office but should be back in a few days. I call back after a few days and ask if they can finally print them, they say yes and they will call me when they are ready. That was in march. It’s June 20th I’ve received no contact from them about my records but they sent me a happy birthday email. Great job. This is a completely unprofessional office and they will not respect you if you come in as neurodivergent. Or even mentally ill. Just don’t go here if you want actual help from intelligent and respectful providers."
"Dr. Chau is very VERY knowledgeable. I will follow him to the ends of the earth because he is a rare find in a mental health professional."
"Dr. Chu worst doctor to live. Doesn't even care about your mental health. I have BPD and have had my diagnosis. I went to see him as my new Dr. Since I moved he said I just had bipolar changed my meds so many times said he was experimenting. Never started my therapy or anything. He literally doesn't care about his patients."
