"My eye suddenly started hurting, was red and light sensitive one day. I called Korver’s in Sioux Coty to get it examined. They told me to go to urgent care instead. I went to urgent care and was given drops for an infection. After a couple of days vision in that eye started getting blurry. A couple more days and it had not gotten any better. Urgent care told me to go see an optometrist as they were unable to diagnose further. Dr. Lefeber in Sergeant Bluff was able to work me in in between appointments. Turns out I have uveitis, inflammation inside of my eye. Had I been given proper advice by Korver’s Eye Care in Sioux City I could have gotten a proper diagnosis and started treatment sooner. I am very thankful that Dr. Lefeber was able to work me in on short notice and get me started on the correct treatment. My eye is already feeling much better after only one day!"
